The spare PV parts app for installers

The PV spare parts app is available for iOS and Android and enables every installer to find suitable and available alternatives to defective components via their smartphone. All the installer has to do is select the defective component from the product database. Suitable products that are available on the SecondSol marketplace are then displayed with their price and available quantity.
The app is designed to help installers find spare parts more quickly and efficiently. The positive effect is undeniable: The search guided by the database saves the installer valuable time compared to a conventional search and the app contributes to more sustainability.
In addition to installers, manufacturers and distributors also benefit from the new app. All products posted on the SecondSol marketplace are also displayed in the app. This way, the app provides an additional distribution channel, especially since it is available in 27 European languages.
