This announcement for the attention of the Prequalified Bidders is made in accordance with Section 5.2(e)(v) of the RFQ and Clause 6.8(b) of the RFP.
In response to the requests for change in Consortium for the Project submitted by certain Prequalified Bidders during the period after the RFQ Due Date and before the Proposal Submission Date as of 4th March 2021, the parties listed below have submitted the compliant amended RFQ Applications.
On the basis of foregoing and in line with Article 19 of the Public Procurement Law, the Tender Commission have approved the following Consortia to be duly prequalified and eligible to submit their Proposals in accordance with RFP:
