Guangdong No.2 Hydropower Engineering has signed a 500 million yuan BT (Build-Transfer) project with Suifenhe Xindu Industry in a bid to increase its profit from the BT sector, reports China Securities Journal, citing a company filing.
The company will construct all commercial houses, replacement houses and supporting facilities in the old city area.
In addition, it will assume all the construction cost involved while Suifenhe Xindu Industry will purchase the project when it is completed by Guangdong No.2 Hydropower.
