ACS Sees Two-Part Sale of Renewable-Energy Assets in 2011, Cinco Reports

Actividades de Construccion y Servicios SA's planned sale of its renewable-energy plants may take place in two parts, with 349 megawatts of solar-thermal installations offered in the first round, Cinco Dias reported.

That may be followed by selling 1,799 megawatts of wind farms in Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Peru and Brasil, the newspaper reported, citing comments by the Madrid-based company's executives yesterday at the annual meeting. The construction company expects to sell almost the entire portfolio this year, the report said.
