Tongwei Signs 150MW Annual Framework Agreement with POwR CONNECT

“Choosing Tongwei modules means choosing efficiency and peace of mind,” said Marc Janin, CEO of POwR CONNECT. “Through deeper collaboration, we’ve discovered that Tongwei not only delivers outstanding product performance, but also, thanks to its robust supply chain management, enables us to serve our customers more reliably and strengthen our competitiveness in the French residential and C&I markets.”

Recently, Tongwei Co., Ltd. and POwR CONNECT officially signed an annual framework cooperation agreement in Lyon, France. Marc Janin, CEO of POwR CONNECT, and Allen Xue, Vice General Manager of Module Marketing at Tongwei’s PV Business Division, attended the signing ceremony. Aurélien Capron, Procurement Director of POwR CONNECT, and Lilian Lee, Sales Director of France at Tongwei’s PV Business Division, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.

Founded in 2009, POwR CONNECT is a leading European provider of photovoltaic and energy storage solutions and services. The company is committed to renewable energy R&D and project development, offering a wide range of services including project design, planning, and optimized management of residential and commercial distributed PV systems.

As a global leader in the solar industry, Tongwei has earned the trust and recognition of POwR CONNECT through its excellent product quality, strong supply chain integration, and professional, localized service. This collaboration will focus on supporting residential and commercial projects in France and neighboring countries, with Tongwei’s TNC-G12R 48-type module at the core. The partnership will also explore the future adoption of the TNC 2.0 product series.

“Progress in the PV industry has never been a solo race—it requires strong collaboration and synergy,” said Marc Janin. “Every leap in the solar sector is driven by both technological advancement and strategic partnership. Tongwei’s leadership in TOPCon technology gives its products exceptional efficiency and performance, with long-term reliability that provides solid assurance for our projects.”

From product to delivery, market demand consistently centers around stability. “Customer trust stems from recognition of product value,” noted Mr. Xue. “POwR CONNECT’s choice is a strong affirmation of Tongwei’s long-standing commitment to high-quality development. With our TNC-G12R 48-type modules, we’re providing efficient and reliable solutions, and we look forward to introducing the TNC 2.0 series in the near future to help them tap new growth opportunities in the European market.”

While consolidating regional cooperation and meeting the growing demand for high-quality PV solutions, Tongwei continues to drive technological innovation. The TNC 2.0 module is a hallmark of this innovation. Technically, Tongwei’s TOPCon bifacial module has achieved a bifaciality ratio of over 88% (certified by TÜV Rheinland and CTC). Featuring four key technologies—Tongwei’s self-developed 908 (0BB) technology, screen printing, EPT edge passivation, and Poly Tech—TNC 2.0 builds on traditional strengths to deliver performance upgrades, offering high-value solar solutions for customers worldwide.
