From January to December 2019, jiangsu Province added 300MW of solar power installed capacity

A few days ago, Jiangsu Energy Regulatory Office released the annual solar installed capacity in 2019.

In terms of power generation, the installed capacity of the province reached 132.8842 million kW by the end of December.

In December, Jiangsu province’s power generation reached 45.722 billion kWh, down 0.49% year-on-year, and the cumulative power generation from January to December in 2019 reached 506.228 billion kWh, up 0.62% year-on-year.

From January to December, the accumulative average generating equipmen availability hours of power generation across the province were 3,849 hours, down 231 hours year-on-year.

Secondly, the electricity consumption of the whole province reached 56.594 billion kWh in December, a year-on-year increase of 2.42%. From January to December, the province’s electricity consumption totaled 626.436 billion kWh, up 2.22% year on year.

Finally, in terms of power construction, from January to December, a total of 7.6099 million kilowatts of new power installed capacity was added, including 4.301 million kilowatts of thermal power, 1.7437 million kilowatts of wind power, 3.01 million kilowatts of solar power, and 1.266 million kilowatts of distributed power generation. From January to December, an additional 3,311.55 km of line length of 110 kV or above was built, with a transformer capacity of 26.925,500 kVa.
