Tongwei and R.Power S.A. signed 100MW PV agreement

In February 2025, during the Polish Photovoltaic Exhibition, Tongwei Co., Ltd. and R.Power S.A. officially signed a 100MW photovoltaic project cooperation agreement. This agreement marks that the two parties will deepen strategic cooperation in this important region and jointly promote the transformation and development of green energy.

Marcin Kwiatkowski, senior manager of R.Power S.A. Group, and Ji Weihua, head of the Eastern Europe and Americas region of the photovoltaic business department of Tongwei Co., Ltd. attended and signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.

R.Power is the largest independent power producer and renewable energy developer in Poland, focusing on the development of utility-scale renewable energy and utility-scale battery projects across Europe.

Ji Weihua, head of the Eastern Europe and Americas region of the photovoltaic business department of Tongwei Co., Ltd., said: “This cooperation with R.Power S.A. is an important step in Tongwei’s strategic layout in Eastern Europe. We are always committed to contributing to the global energy transformation. The implementation of the 100MW project will bring positive changes to the energy structure of Poland and the entire Eastern European region, and promote the green development of the regional economy.”
