The whole service system connects power users and their equipment, power grid enterprises and their equipment, power generation enterprises and their equipment, suppliers and their equipment, as well as people and objects, and generates Shared data to serve users, power grid, power generation, suppliers and government society. With the power grid as the hub, it will play the role of platform and sharing, create greater opportunities and provide value services for the development of the whole industry and more market players.

After years of rapid development, from centralized to decentralized, photovoltaic has entered the “ubiquitous” era. In 2019, the State Grid corporation of China proposed the construction target of “ubiquitous power Internet of things”. Photovoltaic, especially distributed photovoltaic (pv), which is located on the user side, is labeled with ubiquitous to realize the function of ubiquitous Internet of things. Similarly, as a clean energy source on the user side, distributed photovoltaic also needs to meet the needs of comprehensive energy services and meet the needs of users for stable and reliable clean energy. Therefore, in terms of technology and operation mode, distributed photovoltaic should completely change the traditional way, and make use of modern technology and information means, supplemented by high-performance energy storage and control technology, to build a user clean energy service system that can adapt to flexible mode.
