Iberdrola has entered into a contract with General Electric and Tamoin Energías Renovables to secure maintenance services for its 400MW wind projects in Spain.

The value of the three-year contract has not been disclosed.

The consortium will provide predictive and preventive maintenance services for 310 General Electric wind turbines at nine of Iberdrola's wind farms in the provinces of Murcia, Cuenca and Albacete.

General Electric-Tamoin Energías Renovables said it will guarantee the strict levels of availability and response times required by Iberdrola.
