Solaria Energia y Medio Ambiente SA is completing the sale of some of the solar energy parks it built in recent months, Expansion reported, without saying where it got the information.
The transaction may be worth more than 170 million euros ($213 million), the Madrid-based newspaper said, citing people in the industry.
