Solar-Fabrik AG Says 41 Million Euros Made From Sale of Shares

Solar-Fabrik AG, the German maker of electricity generators powered by sunlight, said it raised a net total of 41 million euros ($57 million) from selling about 2.8 million shares.


The shares were sold at 15.75 euros each, Freiburg-based Solar Fabrik said in a statement on OTS newswire today.
