Obama says need cap and trade for clean energy

                                                                                U.S. President Barack Obama said on Tuesday that a cap and trade system limiting greenhouse gases is the best way for the country to move to cleaner energy sources.


Obama said in a news conference that Congress must adopt A "serious" energy plan.
