– E.ON AG. is in talks with Royal Dutch Shell to acquire the latter's stake in their joint wind park project London Array off the British coast, Boersen-Zeitung reported, citing company sources.
Shell in May decided to withdraw from the project, citing higher-than-expected costs which according to the report could cost up to 2.6 billion euros.
Denmark's Dong Energy also holds a one-third stake in the 1,000-megawatt project.
