On April 17, Ningbo Ginlong Technologies Co., Ltd ( hereinafter referred to as “Ginlong (Solis)”) issued an investment announcement :

The establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ginlong (Solis) will help to improve the company’s industrial layout, better explore the market, enhance the company’s comprehensive competitiveness, and meet the needs of the company’s operations and development. This investment has been made with Ginlong (Solis) capital,does not involve the investment of physical assets or intangible assets and equity, and will have no adverse impact on the company’s production and business activities. The production name of the subsidiary is Ginlong Intelligent Energy Co., Ltd, whose business scope is to produce solar photovoltaic and wind power equipment; Sales of solar photovoltaic and wind power equipment; Construction, management, operation and maintenance of solar and wind power stations; Design and construction of solar and wind power generation projects; Research and development, transfer, consultation and service of power, new energy and energy-saving technologies; Wholesale and retail of household terminal systems, solar and wind power generation equipment and components; Contract energy management and consulting services.The import and export of all kinds of goods and technologies are self-operated with Ginlong (Solis) acting as agents, except for the goods and technologies that are restricted or prohibited by the State. Ginlong Intelligent Energy Co., Ltd has recently received the business license of with the unified social credit code number 91330225MA2GQ6CY8F, issued by Ningbo market supervision.
