Enphase Energy to supply inverters for Australian solar installations

US microinverters maker Enphase Energy Inc (NASDAQ:ENPH) on Monday announced a partnership with  Royal Automobile Club of Victoria (RACV) to supply the Australian organisation with its smart inverters for local solar installations.

The partnership is part of RACV’s efforts to improve its current residential and commercial solar offerings. RACV Solar and its commercial arm Gippsland Solar have chosen Enphase’s IQ 7 and IQ 7+ inverters.

According to RACV Solar CEO, Andy McCarthy, Enphase’s inverters will help the organisation to meet the demands of Australian customers for safety, flexibility and quality of their solar systems.

Enphase’s microinverters have a 10-year warranty in the Australian market, which can be extended for a fee.
