Jiangxi Ganneng Co.,Ltd.: its subsidiary plans to invest 54 million yuan in rooftop

Yuchenzhihui, a subsidiary of the company, plans to build a 16MWp rooftop solar project in Ofilm park, Nanchang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, with a total investment of about 54 million yuan and the project is planned to be connected to the grid in the first half of 2020, according to a statement issued by Jiangxi Ganneng Co.,Ltd..

The project builds a distributed photovoltaic power generation system on the roof of buildings in Ofilm park, which is integrated into the power grid from the power distribution system in the park to provide environmentally friendly electricity for energy-using enterprises. The project will optimize the regional power supply structure, save energy consumption costs for energy-using enterprises, and achieve energy conservation, emission reduction and environmental protection benefits for the society.

The announcement said that the company has made clear the direction of strategic transformation and will invest in solar, wind power, energy storage, incremental distribution network and other energy industries while developing its traditional power generation business. After the operation of this investment project, it will help the company’s development planning and industrial layout in the field of new energy, which is conducive to the promotion of the company.
