0.4 yuan/kWh. CGN and Linyang won the bidding of Sihong Leader project

On September 6, the people’s government of Sihong county published “the publication of the evaluation results of investment enterprises recommended by Sihong photovoltaic power generation Leading incentive base” (the publication for short). According to the publicity, the joint venture of Three Gorges and Longji, the joint venture of CGN and Linyang, China HuaNeng Group Co., Ltd. and State Power Investment Corporation Limited have won the five projects of bidding of the photovoltaic leading award base. The joint venture of CGN and Linyang won two projects of them.

As early as in June this year, the National Energy Administration released the ”  incentives list for the third phase of photovoltaic power generation leading bases”, and officially identified three bases in Dalat, Inner Mongolia, Baicheng, Jilin and Sihong, Jiangsu as the third phase of photovoltaic power generation leading incentive bases, with 500,000 kw as the incentive scale for each base.

On July 25, Sihong County issued “the competition optimal selection work plan of Sihong photovoltaic power generation leading incentive base in 2019”, specifying the construction capacity of 500MW and dividing it into five individual projects. Each project is required to start construction before October 20, 2019, and all the PV capacity shall be completed and connected to the grid before June 30, 2020. At the same time, it is proposed to build Sihong photovoltaic power generation leading incentive base project in accordance with the requirements of National Energy Administration on the comprehensive development of ecological and efficient agricultural planting, ecological livestock and poultry breeding and fishery breeding.
