India's Gujarat May Lower Solar Tariffs for Delayed Projects

Gujarat state, home to India's biggest solar program, may lower the tariff to be paid to sun- powered plants that aren't built on time, D.J. Pandian, principal secretary of the state's Energy & Petrochemicals Department, said in an interview.
