Thai Solar Energy sells stake in Thai Solar Renewable

This will be finalised by the second quarter.

Thai Solar Energy Public Company Limited (TSE) is selling its 60% stake in Thai Solar Renewable Co., Ltd. (TSR) to Levanta Renewables (Thailand) Company Limited.

In a statement, Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited (GPSC) also said that its board has approved the disposal of all its TSR shares, equivalent to 23,333,335 shares or 40% stake, to Levanta in accordance with the Tag-Along Right with TSE.

The completion of the TSR share disposal transaction is expected to be finalised by the second quarter. Upon completion, TSR shall cease to be a joint venture of GPSC.

The transaction remains subject to the satisfaction of all conditions precedent and regulatory approval.
