Taiwan Sets NT$10 Bln Budget for Renewable Energy, Times Says


The Taiwan government has set a NT$10 billion ($304.6 million) budget in 2010 for renewable energy projects, the Commercial Times reported, without saying where it got the information.


The budget is likely to restructure the renewable energy industry and stimulate companies such as solar panel firms, the Taipei-based Chinese-language daily said.
