Conergy hosting renewable energy event at Sandia

A global manufacturer and distributor of renewable energy products — will hold its second annual "national dealer event" April 1-3 at Sandia Resort and Casino in Albuquerque.


The event will provide training workshops and market information for several hundred renewable energy professionals.



U.S. Sen. Jeff Bingaman, D-NM, will be a featured speaker the first day of the event through a video teleconference from Washington, D.C. Bingaman will provide an update on current federal initiatives to increase the nation's use of renewable energy.


Conergy's manufacturing partners also will showcase products and services during workshops and at the event's Energy Expo.


"Our national dealer event brings together under one roof, industry experts, business and technical training, and networking opportunities, all to help fuel our customers' growth," said Conergy President Paul Benson in a news release.


The event is open to invited guests, Conergy dealers and renewable energy installers with interest in becoming a Conergy partner.
