As a large-capacity battery cell specially designed for the 6MWh+ system era, the 392Ah battery cell has a thermal safety performance similar to the current mainstream 314Ah battery cell, and is significantly better than other large-capacity “competitors”.

It has performed excellently in various safety tests at home and abroad. Even in the face of extreme needle penetration tests, the battery cells do not catch fire or explode, fully demonstrating its high safety and stability.

Efficient development, rapid mass production

The 392Ah battery cell has an energy density of up to 415Wh/L, a high design reliability, and uses the mature electrochemical system of the 300+ series, ensuring efficient product development and reliable performance from the source, and can achieve a long cycle life of 12,000 times and a high energy efficiency of 95%. At the same time, the size of the 392Ah battery cell is similar to that of the 300+ series, and the production line and process are highly compatible, which can achieve large-scale mass production with high efficiency and short cycle, thereby quickly responding to market demand.

System solutions are adaptable to all scenarios and can flexibly meet diverse needs

PowtrixTMThe 3.0 version of the 6.26MWh energy storage battery cabin uses innovative integration technology to efficiently integrate 392Ah battery cells, increasing the loading energy to 6.26MWh while maintaining the size of a 20-foot standard container, creating a highly safe, reliable and mature energy storage solution.

Reduced initial investment

The size of the 392Ah battery cell is similar to the popular 314Ah, the single cell capacity is moderate, the chemical system maturity and processability are better, which is conducive to the rapid installation of system products. Compared with the 5MWh system, the energy density of the energy storage battery cabin is increased by 20%, the land for the entire station is saved by 16%, and the on-site working hours are saved by 18%, which is more friendly to users in reducing initial investment.

Product online rate further improved

The system’s balancing capability is upgraded to active balancing as capacity grows. The upgraded balancing strategy can significantly reduce operation and maintenance downtime, thereby improving and ensuring product online rate and battery utilization.

Stable operation in all scenarios

The innovation in thermal control enables the product to operate stably from cold snowy areas to hot deserts. The high-modal structural gene gives the product strong stability, allowing it to withstand various violent tests from sea and land transport to geologically active areas.

Intelligent operation and maintenance promotes safety

In the aftermarket, we work with professional partners to combine AI big models with physical models, based on big data intelligent analysis technology, to reduce accident risks layer by layer from risk source identification to battery fault monitoring to battery thermal runaway warning. We build a station-level safety risk assessment model covering battery body, BMS failure, thermal management system failure, etc., to quantify accident risks and provide a basis for formulating targeted operation strategies for different risk levels.
