LONGi signed a sales contract of about 10.3 billion yuan for single crystal silicon wafers

A few days ago, LONGi Green Energy Technology Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “LONGi”) issued Announcement on the signing of major sales contracts.

Announcement shows that LONGi and Suzhou Run Sunshine Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Runergy” or “party A”) signed a framework contract on Jan 10,2020 for the sale of silicon wafers in Kunshan city, Jiangsu province, China, to cooperate on the supply of silicon wafers from the company to Runergy from 2020 to 2022.It is estimated that the total contract amount is about 10.344 billion yuan (excluding tax), accounting for about 47.05% of the company’s audited operating revenue in 2018.

Suzhou Run Sunshine Technology Co., Ltd. was established on July 19, 2017, with a registered capital of RMB 400 million yuan. The main business scope includes: solar wafers, cells, solar modules, solar materials, solar equipment research and development, manufacturing, sales and technical services; Development, design, construction and operation of solar power generation system.
