Sichuan Province Resource Administration issues Notification of subsidy application for distributed solar power stations

Recently, Sichuan Province Resource Administration issued Notification of subsidy application for distributed solar power stations, which clearly pointed out the scope of application: Distributed solar power stations refer to solar projects registered and implemented locally, excluding the first and second batch of photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects of the 13th five-year plan of Sichuan Province and individual rooftop solar power stations assigned by the state.

Secondly, the Policy basis and application requirements: For distributed solar power stations that have been registered and connected to the grid and have not applied for subsidies before June 30, 2018, please report online according to the Information Manual. Distributed soalr projects completed and connected to the grid after June 30, 2018 that are not included in scale management shall be subsidized by local governments according to law. Thirdly, the subsidy shall be applied by enterprise and examined by the competent department of energy. After receiving the notice, the municipal commission of development and reform(Energy Bureau) is requested to carry out the sorting of distributed solar power stations in their respective regions carefully, and organize the application, and pay for the consequences of not filling as required.
