CHINA HYDROELECTRIC finishes the sale of 30MW hydroelectric project

As per the reports, the China Hydroelectric has completed the sale of 30MW hydroelectric project. The sale of the project is valued at around $44.3m, while it has resulted in net proceeds of $20.8m to the company.

China Hydroelectric has previously announced the sale of the Yuheng hydroelectric power project on 18 October 2012. Following the sale of the hydroelectric power project, the installed capacity of the company has reduced to 517.8MW.

China Hydroelectric is an owner, developer and operator of small hydroelectric power projects in China. It currently owns 25 operating hydropower stations in the country with total installed capacity of 517.8MW, of which it acquired 21 operating stations and constructed four.
